Melaleuca App Reviews

The app is designed simply and laid out well. Access to LIA on the iPad was an inevitability and this implementation is great. Still no Canadian main catalog, but the Canadian Sei Bella catalog is there, so Im sure the main catalog will be following closely. Another relatively minor request: Id love to see some product info pages. My main issue: Currently the app requires an internet connection. As someone who lives in a rural area where my home connection is poor, and my mobile connection is either worse or non-existent, storing the media (ESPECIALLY Delivering Wellness!) on the device will be a game changer. Very much looking forward to seeing the revamped Delivering Wellness get updated in the app.

As the previous reviewer mentions, the requirement for an Internet connection is problematic. Many times we do presentations in coffee shops and in strangers homes and the often is no wireless connection available which renders the app "not very useful". We do understand the desirability to have the most current version but we must be able to use it without a co nnection.

So glad for this app! So glad I can show this to my CDN friends... But is there a way go download the Delivering Wellness so I can use it offline? Please continue to add other options, such as product pages, downloadable forms, myMelaleuca info, etc. Thanks for the LIA issues! carry on!

Like all things Melaleuca I love it. I just have one suggestion… I am a voice over user so if theres anyway possible the developers could make this app more voiceover friendly it would be greatly appreciated by myself and other users who are voiceover dependent. Thank you.

The app is great. The Delivering Wellness presentation will be updated soon and this will be an incredible way to share Melaleuca. Excited to use it.

Melaleuca is a fantastic company so I know they will get this app working top notch. This is a powerful tool as is. That being said, there are a few enhancements that could really help make this app a "must have". Here are a couple suggestions. 1. Streaming video: it would be very helpful to have the option to cache the content so that an Internet connection is not required for the presentation. Being in a presentation only to be at the mercy of the wifi connection can be potentially a very serious problem. 2. Ability to display via apple tv to projector or monitor for group use. Apple tv allows us to go wireless with the device while presenting for a group By caching the content of the presentation for dependability and allowing us to project to the screen, this can become a very powerful tool for meeting use! Great job thus far, keep up the great work! Thanks for this move in the right direction to keep us current with the latest technology in spreading the important news about all that Melaleuca offers! I love using the iPad, and this app can help us tremendously.

Content is good, however, the only thing that bothers me very much is you can only use this software if you have internet access. Please make content of this software memory resident!

I love the app for presentations...when I can get a GREAT wi-fi signal or have STRONG 3G cellular service. If I dont have either its hit or miss whether the videos will play without freezing. Mostly miss. This is very unproductive and embarrassing. Can you please make the videos available to play from cache? I would also like to see the ability to enroll a customer right from the app. Make the app compatible with Apple TV or video out. Lastly, the LIA needs faster updating. Its November 26th and still no November issue. The LIA was another reason I wanted this app. I love reading the inspirational stories and since I always have my iPad I thought it would be great to have on the go. After I saw this at 2011 Convention this app was "over the edge push" that got me to break down and get the iPad. If the developers have the same mission statement as Mela I know this app will be great.

The Melaleuca iPad application is a good starting tool. A little expensive for what you get. It is a bit slow in loading the video parts of the presentation. I wish they had the PDF files of all the Melaleuca Products and the latest catalogues in the different languages. Also a great upgrade will be to be able to do online enrollment thru this application. I hope they add more to it.

The wellness presentation needs to be stored within the app itself. Lets make it a stand alone app for the Wellness presentation. It also would be nice to have generation calculator with a what if display.

OK app, but for 10 bucks I d at least like the whole catalog...not just 34 pages of it!

The idea is absolutely brilliant! However with the presentation has no sound. Please fix this as soon as possible. I would really like to be able to use this app. Thanks in advance!

This app is absolutely awesome! Beats having to bring ppl to the office for me to do a presentation.Now I can easily do it in the comfort of their home.If your still doing presentations at your house on a laptop and projector you need to get in with the change.The Y Generation will become the leaders in spending for the first time by 2017!! App works great on the iPAD. The sound on the Delivering Wellness video does not work on the iPHONE. Please fix via update.

The app has a lot of useful information about melaleuca products, but the presentation side needs work. When playing the videos in the presentation the close buttons dont activate correctly and you have to hit close multiple times. (why not auto close the videos when completed?) Also when scrolling through slides there have been multiple times where I was left on a blank screen waiting for the slides to catch up. Ive only used this app once to go through a presentation and have multiple problems that need worked on. Like I said, great information. But it still needs some work.

Loved the presentation video since I am more than an hour away from my support team! However all of the slides in the video did not download (32-35). Updated 1/5/13. Needs updated Delivering Wellness presentations!!!

I had a great connection with no download issues but there is no sound at all. I talked to someone else who downloaded it and they have sound with no issues. But now that Ive read the other reviews and see there are others who dont have sound, it is definitely a problem.

While I think the app is a great tool to have with me, there is no sound during the Delivering Wellness videos for me either. Some advice on how to fix this would be great!

First of all, I love that the app was reconfigured so the video presentation can be viewed independent of internet connectivity. In addition to that, it is the most immediate way to receive presentation updates, without dependence on internet connectivity. This app brings the ability to share Preferred Customer Benefits virtually anywhere, with no presentation components lost. Ipad batteries last forever! Its all good! The ability to read LIA digitally and timely is an excellent concept, too. You can easily share screen captures in communication with others by touching the power button and the Home buttons simultaneously. I agree with other reviews that closing the video play screens can be cumbersome, and interfere with the flow of a presentation. Regarding presentation use, the audio volume is also comparatively lower to other videos. With my volume on maximum and even with an external booster speaker (although not a great one), its difficult to hear in outdoor meeting places. Minor details, which seem simple to address with appreciative feedback. I know a lot of wonderful ideas for future development are underway, such as monthly shopping from the app, marketing executive enrollments, etc. <3 YAY! And, as always, if you call Melaleuca, you will receive the highest quality of assistance with your concerns. Thank you, developers, for creating this tool. Thank you.
